What happens when you contact us?

We read every message personally. PDF99 is a small indie team — we don't use automated triage or ticket systems that swallow messages into queues. If you send a bug report, one of the people who built the tool will look at it. If you suggest a new feature, it goes into the same list we use to plan what to build next.

We aim to respond within one business day for most enquiries. Bug reports get prioritised — if a tool is broken for you, it's likely broken for others too, and we want to know fast. Feature requests get a thoughtful response, though we may not be able to commit to a delivery timeline.

Common questions before you write

Can I use PDF99 for commercial purposes? Yes, completely. Personal and commercial use of all tools is allowed without restriction.

Can I get an API access? Not publicly available yet — it is on the roadmap. Mention your use case in your message if you're interested, as demand from specific use cases shapes what we prioritise.

Do you offer white-label licensing? Contact us with the details of your use case and we'll have a conversation about what's possible.

Can I advertise on PDF99? The site is monetised through Google AdSense only. We don't currently accept direct advertising partnerships or sponsored content arrangements.
